Raspberry Jam

Our small-batch, handmade raspberry jam is a jewel-toned preserve with an artisan feel. The color is a deep, vibrant ruby red with flecks of seed and softened fruit visible through the glass. The texture is luxuriously spreadable but slightly rustic — soft chunks of raspberries suspended in a glossy, slightly syrupy base, offering a pleasant balance between smoothness and bite.

The aroma is bright and fragrant. 

Made in small batches by hand, it uses just a few high-quality ingredients: ripe raspberries, sugar (often less than commercial jars), a little organic lemon juice for brightness and pectin.

It's excellent on toasted bread, croissants, scones, or yogurt; pairs beautifully with soft cheeses (brie, goat cheese) and roasted meats; can be used in glazes, desserts, or cocktails. Look for slight variations between jars and seasons — a hallmark of true handmade, small-batch preserves.
